Overview
This training course is a Nationally Recognised course. It is designed for people who plan to or are working in confined spaces.
Our Confined Space Entry Training courses are designed to teach participants how to identify confined space hazards and work safely in confined spaces.
Participants will learn to complete hazard identifications; risk assessments and entry permits for Confined Space Operations. They will also learn to operate various confined space safety equipment.
This course can be tailored to suit your company’s specific training requirements. Breathing Apparatus, Confined Space Rescue and CPR Training can also be completed in conjunction with this training course.
This Course has a large focus on safety procedures and practical scenarios relevant to your company’s confined space operations.
Course Content
This course provides the skills and knowledge required to Enter Confined Spaces. Topics Include:
- Assess confined space for entry
- Use safety equipment and personal protective equipment
- Work in accordance with confined space requirements
- Conclude confined space operations in accordance with procedures
Assessment Methods
Progressive assessment throughout the course, including demonstration of practical skills and written and oral questions relating to required knowledge.
Statement of Attainment
Keep Safe Safety Training works in partnership with Allens Training Pty Ltd: 90909. Upon successful completion participants will be issued Statement of attainment for a nationally recognised unit of competency from Allens Training Pty Ltd RTO: 90909.
